Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level education.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a call center is an added advantage.
